Please allow at least 2 working days before collecting your prescription. Prescriptions can be collected from the branch where you are registered, however if you wish to collect from another branch please complete the “collect from” field below.
Your animal must be registered and have been examined by our vets before prescription medications can be ordered. Animals on long-term medication will usually require regular health checks, blood tests and other investigations to ensure their continued wellbeing. The interval between these health checks will vary between individuals and according to their clinical condition, but all animals must have been seen by one of our vets within the previous six months. We will contact you should a repeat veterinary examination be required before a prescription can be re-issued.
